Menus tailored to your occasion
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all trays. Tell us the headcount, the mood, and the dietary needs of your guests, and we will build a menu around them — passed canapés of saltfish accra, family-style curry and rice, or a full seated multi-course dinner. Every menu carries vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options so no guest is an afterthought.
Seafood-forward, crowd-pleasing
Our catering leans into the dishes people remember: escovitch-style fish, coconut-curried shrimp, roasted vegetable pelau, and sides that disappear first. We scale flavour, not shortcuts — the green seasoning is still made in-house and the pepper is still fresh.
