Limited-seat dinners where our kitchen goes off-script. Our most recent was Curry Rain — a menu tuned to our Trini roots.
In addition to our regular service, we hold special pop-ups throughout the year: one-night menus, collaborations, and themed dinners that let the kitchen stretch. Our most recent, Curry Rain, leaned all the way into our Trinidadian heritage with a spread of curries, doubles and roti built for sharing.
What a pop-up night looks like
Pop-ups are intimate by design — a limited number of seats, a fixed or family-style menu, and a room full of people who came for something special. Expect dishes you will not find on the everyday menu, and a kitchen cooking with a little extra gusto.
Curry Rain & beyond
Curry Rain was our love letter to Trinidad: doubles with tamarind and pepper, curried channa and aloo, bake and shark reimagined for our pescatarian table, and roti folded to order. Each pop-up has its own theme; the next one is always in the works.
How to get a seat
Pop-ups sell out quickly. Follow us on social media and join our newsletter to hear about dates first — seats are released to our list before anyone else. Groups can enquire about private pop-up buyouts.
