Curry Rain: Inside Our Signature Pop-Up Dinner
Some nights, the regular menu is not enough to say everything we want to say. That is where the pop-ups come in — and Curry Rain is the one people ask us about most.
A menu tuned to our roots
Curry Rain is our most recent and most-loved pop-up: a one-night menu built entirely around the curries and street food of Trinidad. Where our everyday menu wears its modern twist proudly, Curry Rain leans all the way home. It is the food of Sunday cooking and roadside stalls, plated with care but never fussed over.
What's on the table
A Curry Rain spread is meant for sharing. Think doubles — warm bara folded around curried channa, brightened with tamarind and a spoon of pepper. Think curried aloo and pumpkin, callaloo rich with coconut, and our pescatarian take on the island classics. Roti comes folded to order, still warm, ready to scoop up everything on the table.
Curry Rain is our love letter to Trinidad — written in geera, pepper and coconut.
Why we keep the seats limited
Pop-ups are intentionally small. A limited number of seats means we can cook with a little extra gusto, plate every dish ourselves, and actually talk to the room. It turns dinner into an event — a night, not just a meal. It also means seats go quickly.
How to get in
We announce pop-up dates to our newsletter and social followers first, and seats are released to that list before anyone else. If Curry Rain sounds like your kind of night, the best thing you can do is get on the list. Groups can also enquire about private pop-up buyouts for a fully bespoke evening.
And if you miss one? There is always another in the works. The kitchen never stops dreaming up the next theme.
